By accessing or using the RITHOS application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RITHOS is a pattern clarity system that helps you track emotional and behavioral patterns over time. It is a self-awareness and wellness support tool. RITHOS is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or counseling.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use RITHOS. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• RITHOS offers both free and premium subscription plans.
• Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device settings.
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store.
• Founding Member pricing is locked for the duration of the subscription as long as it remains active.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of RITHOS, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by RITHOS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

RITHOS is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Pattern insights and AI-generated content are informational only and should not be relied upon for medical, psychological, or diagnostic purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RITHOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Medical Disclaimer

RITHOS is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services immediately. The pattern insights, AI conversations, and cohort data provided by RITHOS are for informational and self-awareness purposes only.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of RITHOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
