Data Deletion
You own your data. You can request complete deletion at any time.
Option 1: Delete from the app
- 1.Open RITHOS and go to Settings
- 2.Tap “Account”
- 3.Tap “Delete My Account”
- 4.Confirm the deletion
All your personal data, check-ins, journal entries, AI conversation history, and account information will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option 2: Request via email
If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, send a request to privacy@rithos.app from the email address associated with your RITHOS account.
Include “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile information
- All check-in records (mood, energy, stress, sleep)
- Journal entries
- AI conversation history
- Pattern insights and analysis history
- Cycle tracking data (if recorded)
- Subscription metadata (billing is managed by App Store/Play Store)
About anonymized cohort data
Anonymized aggregate data that has already been contributed to cohort patterns (Oracle) cannot be individually removed, as it is fully de-identified and not linked to your account. This data contains no personally identifiable information.
